The Classic Micro Founding Pilot gives a limited group of participants early access to SmartPureAir while we validate real-world performance, product usability, software features, installation guidance, and customer support before broader commercial release.

Participants may be invited to share feedback about setup, daily use, air-quality insights, app functionality, and their overall experience. Participation does not require a positive review or public endorsement.

Founding Pilot Participation Fee

Founding Pilot Price Fee: $399 CAD
Planned future retail price: $499 CAD

The Founding Pilot price includes the device, 12 months of software access, direct pilot support, and limited-production assembly and handling.

Any service, subscription, or software pricing that may apply after the included 12-month period will be communicated before the included period ends. No additional subscription will begin automatically without the participant’s agreement.

14-Day Home Trial and Returns

Every eligible Founding Pilot order includes a 14-day home trial beginning on the confirmed delivery date.

Full payment and outbound shipping are collected at checkout. To return the product, the participant must request return authorization within 14 calendar days of delivery and follow the return instructions provided by SmartPureAir.

After the eligible product is returned and inspected, SmartPureAir will refund the product price and applicable taxes on the refunded product amount.

Original shipping and return shipping are non-refundable. Participants are responsible for arranging and paying for tracked return shipping.

The product must be returned complete, with the supplied cable and included components, and without material damage, modification, tampering, or misuse. Normal signs of careful home evaluation will not, by themselves, disqualify a return.

Products that arrive damaged, defective, or materially different from their description should be reported promptly so SmartPureAir can review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

Wireless and Regulatory Information

Classic Micro incorporates a certified ESP32-WROVER-E Wi-Fi and Bluetooth module:

The radio module is certified. Final host-product validation—including applicable electromagnetic-emissions, RF-exposure, labelling, and documentation requirements—is being completed for the finished Classic Micro configuration.

Classic Micro is intended for stationary tabletop or shelf use. Maintain at least 20 cm separation from people during operation. It is not intended for handheld, body-worn, or wearable use.

Readings and recommendations should not be interpreted as confirmation that an environment is safe or free from pollutants.
